Mobile Billboard Truck Ambassador – Greenville, MI
Requirements: Must be able to meet minimum insurance requirements, pass a D.O.T. Medical exam, and hold a valid Chauffeur's license with clean driving record. Job duties include but not limited to driving mobile billboard truck for select campaign dates out of town (trips average 0-700 miles away and ranges anywhere from 3-14 days), maintaining truck's appearance inside and out, and posting and changing of signs. Ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter with a professional demeanor. Driver must be able to depart and return from trips at Greenville, MI facility. [read more] |
The mobile billboard truck ambassador position is on an as needed basis. This position requires a flexible schedule that includes: overnight travel, weekdays, weekends, day and evening hours. The ambassador's responsibilities include transporting the truck to and from the market and following the daily driving schedule provided once in market depending on the length of the particular campaign. The ambassador must also be able to interact with clients in a positive manner during campaigns.
The sense of direction and ability to follow provided maps is imperative. Driver must also be familiar with the use of a digital camera for taking photos of the truck while in market for proof of performance reports. Familiarity with GPS navigation units (i.e. Garmin, Tom Tom, etc.) and computer skills are helpful as well.
The driver must also be able to install signs when necessary. This requires the physical ability to climb a 15-feet ladder while holding a 15-20 lb vinyl banner. Signs are installed using provided cordless drill and hand tools.
Compensation $12.00/hr to start with opportunities for performance based raises and overtime hours.
